Explanation:

within the picture point J and point M seem to be 3 units are.

with this assumption, with can infer that both parallel sides are 3 units giving us 6 units for both sides

we can as well as tell that point J and point K seem to be 2 units apart.

with this info we can infer that both parallel sides will be the congruent lenght. which will add up to 4

thus giving us the equation for the area

6 + 4 = (10 units) for the perimeters

for that area we will then do 3 units by 2 units

(3 units for the assumed length and 2 units for the assumed width)

giving us the equation 3×2 = (6 square units)
