The length of each side is (2a-5) units

Explanation:

4a^2 - 20a +25

= (2a)^2 - 20a + (-5)^2

=(2a - 5)^2

(9a^2 - 16b^2)

= (3a)^2 - (4b)^2 this is the difference of two squares, the factors are therefore

= (3a + 4b) * (3a - 4b)

The dimensions of the rectangle are:

one pair of opposite sides are 3a + 4b

and the other pair of opposite side perpendicular to the first pair is 3a - 4b
