Answer: 4 is a constant.

Explanation:
A constant is the number in an equation without a variable, 4. A coefficient is the number before the variable, not with the variable, so 7 and 3 would be a coefficient but it says 7 and a are coefficients. 7a and 4 are not like terms because 4 doesn’t have the same variable as 7. 7a is obviously not a factor.
