A garden center has 150 fruit trees to sell.

1/10 of the trees are lemon trees.
2/5 of the trees are orange trees.
1/3 of the trees are peach trees.
The rest are pear trees.
How many trees are pear trees?

1/10 of 150 is 15. 2/5 is 60. 1/3 is 50. All together that is 125 leaving is with 25 pear trees.

Explanation:

Take pear trees be X

1/10+2/5+1/3+x=150 (Take LCM of 10,5,3=30)

3/30+12/30+10/30+30x/30= 150

25/30+30x/30=150

25+x=150/30

X=5-25=-20 are pear trees

hope it helps
