Both angles are complementary angles, or they together equal 180°, so you will add both expressions and set equal to 180. This will get you (3x+2)+(5x+10)= 180. We then solve for x.
8x +12 = 180. We subtract 12 on both sides.
8x = 168. We divide by 8 on both sides.
x=21
We can then plug x into each expression to get the angle for each.
Angle 1: 3(21)+2=65°
Angle 2: 5(21)+10=115°
