5x^2-8x + 12

Explanation:

the formula for finding roots of equation is

x^2- (sum of roots)x + products of roots =0

and we already have the roots of the equation

so we add them to give 8

and multiply to give 12

hence the quadratic equation that has those roots with leading coefficient is 5x^2-8x + 12=0
