Answer:

The Allied powers

Step-by-step explanation:

During the Second World War, Germans were highly advance in military technology, innovation and strategies. The Tizard Mission was a British plan known for sharing Britain’s military technological with the U.S. government in exchange for America's industries to produce the weapons. Britain introduced its new radar system (cavity magnetron), manuals, and blueprints of rockets, explosives, and submarine detection devices to America.

Enigma was a device used by the German military to encode strategic messages. The recovery of the enigma machine and codes from U-110 helped the Allies Powers. The Allies broke the Enigma code which helped them to trace the U-boats and destroy them. Battles in the Atlantic Ocean largely supported the Germans because of their U boats. Germans used their submarines to find Allied ships and sunk them with torpedoes.
