b = 11°

Explanation:

JK = 360 - 110 - 130 - 54 = 66°

Inscribed angles = 1/2 their arc

∠K = 1/2(130 + 54) = 92°

∠J = 1/2(110 + 130) = 120°

∠M = 1/2(66 + 110) = 88°

8b = 88°

b = 11°

∠L = 1/2(54 + 66) = 60°

2a = 60°

a = 30°
