Barbarian Invasions, Laziness, Internal Problems in the Roman Empire.
Because the Barbarian Invasions weakened the Roman Empire as most Forces were deployed to defend her Borders, And then, Internal Problems were caused by Bad Emperors and Corrupt Senators and High Ranks. Most people and High Ranks, Governors are also Lazy so there are barely anyone who can Govern the Nation well without Laziness.
