Locke's theory of natural born rights contributed to the bill of rights along with having a significant influence in the constitution. America has been affected by this in the way that many people view freedom and their rights as a crucial element to life and are constantly worried of those rights and freedoms being taken away.
John Locke believed these rights were divinely given and we deserved to have these rights.
