okay so first we will convert the decimal to fraction

14.2= 142/10= 71/5

now we convert improper fraction to mixed fraction:

71/5= long division method

now the remainder is gonna be as the numerator, the number which we divide the other number (5) would be denominator and the quotient is gonna be on the side
