How many solutions does the following system of equations have? Show your reasoning.

4x+6y= 24
2x+3y=12

infinitely many solutions because these 2 lines are exactly the same line. If you multiply the 2nd equation by 2, you will get the 1st one, or if you divide the 1st equation by 2, you will get the 2nd one.
