Answer:

For the first one, shade in 1 circle at the start

Then shade in 9/4 more, so you would fully shade 2 more because every 4 equals 1.

Then shade 1 quarter of the next circle, or 1 of the 4 portions of the next circle.

Then shade 8/5 more, so fully shade one more because every 5 numbers equals one shaded circle.

Then shade 3/5 of the next circle. So you would shade 3 of the 5 portions of the circle
