In the first circuit

V = I₁ x r = 9.5 x r mv

In the second circuit with the same V

V = I₂ x ( r +660) = 3.5 x ( r + 660)

9,5r = = 3.5 ( r + 660)

9.5 r = 3.5r + 2310

6r = 2310

r = 2310/6

r = 385 Ω
