Answer is y = -1/3x + 4

Step by step

First we will find slope using slope form
y2 - y1 over x2 - x1

3-6 over 3 - -6 = -3/9 or simplified to -1/3

Now using point slope form with one set of points (3, 3) and slope -1/3

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

y - 3 = -1/3 ( x - 3)
Distribute

y - 3 = -1/3x + 1
Add 3 to both sides to isolate y

y -3 +3 = -1/3x +1 +3
Combine

y = -1/3x + 4
