this equation is only defined for x <> 0. for x = 0 this turns into n/0, which is undefined.

under this definition that x is not 0 we can multiply both sides by x and get

28 = 0×x = 0

28 = 0 is never true no matter what value we pick for x.

so, this has no solutions.

e.g. x = 1 makes it

28/1 = 0

28 = 0 is simply false in all cases.

e.g. x = 2 makes it

28/2 = 0

14 = 0 is also simply false in all cases
