Answer:

7x-y=-30

Explanation:

The slope of any parallel equation has to have the same slope, so our equation will be in the format of y=7x+b

No you have to use this to solve for b

2 = -4*7+b

2=-28+b

30 = b

So our equation would be y = 7x+30

Now to convert into standard form we would have to put it intto the format of Ax + By = C

so -7x+y = 30

7x - y = -30
