3. Quadrilateral (duh it has 4 sides) and a rhombus?

Explanation:

1 a unique triangle is a triangle with side lengths that are ALMOST exactly like a triangle. I used the pyragothem theory (a^2 + b^2 equals c^2) and this one was soo close to 18 (17.8)

2 the equation for the circumference of a circle is C=dpi. the radius is half of the diameter so 21 time 2 is 42 then multi[ply by pi.

3 is definitely already a quadrilateral (all of them have 4 sides) and the only shade i can think of that can have a 130 degrees for 2 angles would be a longgg rhombus ( or diamond)
