(y-6)/(-3-6) = (x-(-2)/(2-(-2)

(y-6)/(-9) = (x+2)/(2+2)

(y-6)/-9 = (x+2)/4

(-y+6)/9 = (x+2)/4

-4y+24 = 9x + 18

-4y = 9x + 18 - 24

-4y = 9x - 6

4y = -9x + 6
