Now,by using two point formula,

y-y1=y2-y1/x2-x1(x-x1)

or,y+2=3+2/-1-4(x-4)

or,y+2=5/-5(x-4)

or,y+2=-1(x-4)

or,y+2=-x+4

or,x+y+2-4=0

or,x+y-2=0(which is req. eqn.)
