Answer:

another root=-2,c=-106

Explanation:

let q and r be two roots of eqn 10x²-33x-c=0,--(1)

then,q=5.3

comparing eqn--(1) with ax²+bx+c=0,we get

a=10,b=-33,C=-c

we know,

q+r=-b/c

or,5.3+r=33/10

or,53+10r=33

or,10r=-20

or,r=-2

hence, another root=-2

again,we know

q×r=-C/a

or,5.3×-2=c/10

or,-106=c

hence,c=-106.
