Answer: The rough endoplasmic reticulum is covered by ribosomes created in the nucleolus. Ribosomes create proteins which go to the Golgi apparatus to be distributed. They get distributed to the vacuole(s) when there are too many extra to be used for later and to lysosomes to be broken down.
