y = 13x + 18
1. Find the slope of the two points. 6-(-7) is 13 and -1 -(-2) is 1, so the slope is 13/1.

2. Write the equation in point slope form.
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 6 = 13(x -(-1)

3. Use distributive property.
y - 6 = 13x + 13

4. Add 6 to both sides.
y = 13x + 18

Hope this helps
