Please help!!(50points!!)

Which graph represents this system?

2 x minus 5 y = negative 5. y = two-fifths x + 1.

A) On a coordinate plane, 2 lines go through points (negative 5, negative 1) and (0, 1).

B) On a coordinate plane, a line goes through (0, 1) and (5, 3) and another goes through (0, negative 5) and (5, negative 3).

C) On a coordinate plane, a line goes through (0, 1) and (5, 3) and another goes through (0, 1) and (5, negative 1).

D) On a coordinate plane, a line goes through (0, 1) and (negative 5, negative 1) and another goes through (negative 5, negative 3) and (0, negative 5).

Answer:

Option A.

Explanation:

When x = - 5, y = - 1,

lhs of (1) = - 10 + 5 = - 5

lhs of (2) = - 1 + 2 = 1

When x = 0, y = 1,

lhs of (1) = 0 - 5 = - 5

lhs of (2) = 1 - 0 = 1
