The equation for slope is rise/run or (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). You just need to pick 2 defined points on the graph and plug them into the formula. The line goes directly over the points (0,0) and (4,-3). So you plug it in like so

(-3-0)/(4-0)=-3/4

So the slope is -3/4
