M1V1 = M2V2
BUT first convert the ml to L
20.0 ml % 1000 = 0.02 L
250 ml % 1000 = 0.25 L
M1V1 = M2V2
= 6.96x0.02 = M2x 0.25
= 0.14 = M2 x 0.25
M2 = 0.557
