First we want to isolate y. We do this by subtracting 4x so
Y=-4x-7.
Next plug in 0
Y=-4(0)-7
Now we have
Y=-7
Hope this helps:)

Answer: -7

Explanation:

First, simplify the equation and make y isolated.

4x + y = -7

y = -7 - 4x

Plug in 0 for x.

y = -7 - 4(0)

y = -7
