Explanation:

It's pretty easy to find the percent of people that prefer beaches.

First, find the total amount of people in the survey and you get 80.

Then, also find the amount of people that prefer beaches. 62.

Then you follow this equation:

(Total # of people who prefer beaches) divided by (Total # of people in survey)

= 62/80 = 0.775

After that, you multiply 0.775 x 100 and you get your percentage :D

0.775 x 100 = 77.5% or 77%
