Answer: Id start by questioning them to see if they know or think they know who it is along with asking if there could have been motvie from anyone. Next id ask them the time frames of when it happened and around what time. After that id ask what was stolen where it was and why it could have been stolen and lastly id have them fill out a police report along with all of the questions.
