No this graph is not a function,

You can test this yourself by doing the straight line test, to do this simply look at the line graphed on your paper and along the y-axis if a straight line running from top to bottom intersects at any more than one place, it is not a function.

My example: I chose to test a straight line along the y-axis at 1, as you can see this graph intersects at multiple points ≈ (1, -1) (1, 2), (1, 6), and (1, -6)
