Answer:

Gauze sponge, non-adherent medical products

Step-by-step explanation:

Be careful when using gauze related products. Though they are a great resource to have, when the product is pulled off, it will also pull off some of the scar tissue (which is just platelets and dried blood cells due to your brain telling your body to produce a shield at the site of the injury) during the healing process. Gauze will also absorb large-scale bleeding, which is why you'll usually have some in your mouth when you have tooth extractions, if you're performing surgery, or if someone is in a medical emergency. However, all products will cause some pain. The scar tissue produced during the healing process of the injury will develop small nerves as well, at which it produces the feeling of being hurt again. Or in other words, feeling like you're taking a bandage off of a small injury.

As for non-adherent products, this is a bit more tough. Though it will do everything and cause less pain, the name implies that it will not stick to skin. This means you have to apply pressure to the site of the injury to have the product take effect. This tactic is very useful if someone is heavily bleeding, and applying pressure is needed to slow the bleeding. This isn't useful in a situation, where the victim's organs are showing.
