Answer:

Either
(11)/(2) or
(11)/(4). See explanation.

Explanation:

So, I'm not exactly sure what the equation looks like.

If it's
(2x+3)/(2)=7:

2((2x+3)/(2))=(7)2\\2x+3=14\\(2x+3)-3=(14)-3\\2x=11\\((2x)/(2))=((11)/(2))\\x=(11)/(2)

If it's
2x+(3)/(2)=7:

(2x+(3)/(2))-(3)/(2)=(7)-(3)/(2)\\2x=(14)/(2)-(3)/(2)\\2x=(11)/(2)\\((2x)/(2))=((11)/(2))((1)/(2))\\x=(11)/(4)

Hopefully one of these answers works for you.
