You have to do 10.98+4.06

i would split this into 2 parts so i would get 10+4 and 0.98+0.06

10+4=14

0.98+0.06= 1.04

then we add 14 to 1.04

14+1.04=15.04

So your answer would that Emilys journey is 15.04km in total
