ZA and ZB are

supplementary angles. If m≤A = (2x − 4)° and
m/B = (4x − 14)˚, then find the measure of ≤A.

supplementary angles are angles that when added together will give you 180˚
So, because you know the angles are supplementary, you can put them into an equation like so:
(2x-4)+(4x-14)=180
6x-18=180
x=33
So plug that back into for angle A:
2(33) - 4
angle A = 62
