Let the sum of money be x.

S.I. at 7% p.a. = x*7*3/100

S.I. at 5% p.a. = x*5*3/100

According to Question,

x*7*3/100 - x*5*3/100 = 30

21x/100 - 15x/100 = 30

6x/100 = 30

x = 500

Hence, the sum of money is Rs.500.
