Answer: s is
> 118 (2)/(3).

Explanation:

The air balloon will have to fall more than 890 feet for it to reach an elevation below 300 feet. It falls at a rate of 7.5, so 890/7.5=118.6666666666, which is 118 and 2/3. The answer is positive because time can never be negative.
