x ≈ 20.6°

Explanation:

3 sin( 3x-20° ) = 2 → sin( 3x-20° ) = ⅔ → 3x - 20° = arcsin(⅔) → 3x = 20° + arcsin(⅔) →

x = ⅓(20° + arcsin(⅔)) , arcsin(⅔) = 41.81°

x = ⅓( 20° + 41.81° ) = ⅓(61.81°) ≈ 20.6°
