Help! My math teacher sucks so I hope you guys can help me with this question.

A cylinder has a volume of 5m cubed and a radius of 0.7m. What is the height of the cylinder to the nearest hundredth of a meter?

Answer:

Volume of a cylinder (v) = πr²h

Explanation:

Given V = 5m³

r = 0.7m and π = 3.14

h= ?

using V = πr²h

5 = 3.14 x 0.7² x h

5 = 3.14 x 0.49 xh

5= 1.5386h

divide both side by 1.5386

5/1.5386 = h

h= 3.24970

h= 3.25m ( nearest hundredth)
