Answer is y<-4x+3
Solve for y=mx+b
M=y2-y1/x2-x1= -5-(-1)/2-1=-4
B=(x=2,y=-5),
-5=-4(2)+b
-5=-8+b
-5+8=-8+8+b
3=b
Line is dotted for < or >, shaded area is underneath line so it’s less than(doesn’t always work just by looking at it) so it’s <
Y<-4x+3
