Answer:
If a moving object on Earth has less kinetic energy than potential energy, it means that its speed is not enough to overcome the force of gravity.
As a result, the object will slow down and eventually come to a stop.
If it is moving uphill, it will roll back down, and if it is moving horizontally, it will eventually come to a halt due to friction with the ground.
In either case, the object will eventually reach a state where its kinetic energy is equal to its potential energy, at which point it will stop moving.
