When does a car no longer have kinetic energy

kinetic energy is the energy from motion.
the formula is (1/2)mv^2
so m stands for mass and v is for velocity
we know that the cars mass will remain however the velocity will change.

so a car would no longer have kinetic energy when it is at rest (no motion).
