Rhetoric is speaking or writing that's intended to persuade, meaning to give a point or convince an audience.
Rhetorical questions can be like “what’s not to like?” That question is making a point. Another example of a rhetorical question can be “Have you ever wondered….” “Can you imagine life without ice cream?”
