C. The slope of the graph is 1/3

Slope = (y2 - y1) ÷ ( x2- x1)

y2= 5, y1=2, x2=9, x1=0

y2-y1 = 5-2 = 3

x2-x1 = 9-0 = 9

Slope = 3/9 = 1/3
