Answer: True!

Explanation: You must have a credible argument, but if you don't have a counter-argument and a rebuttal for the counter-argument, then your persuasion would be irrelevant because you didn't include all sides for an argument and a proper counter-argument. Like in courts, you must get all of the facts!
