y=mx+b
-1=-3/5(6)+b
-1=-18/5+b
since why is a negative add 1 to make it 0 then that will cancel out then add that to -18/5 which would be -3.6 because that how much times 5 goes into 18. -3.6+1= -2.6 So your answer would be -2.6 or -13/5
