2x+3x+130=180 ( combine like terms)

5x=50 (subtract 130 from both sides to isolate our variable which is x)

x=10 (divide both sides by 5 to get rid completly isolate our variable)

Now we know x=10 you can plug that in as our x value so 3x becomes 3*10 which equals 30 which is your answer.
