Answer: Reduced conflicts/better relationships, trade, food & energy security, and development in science and technology.

Explanation: Think about it, if we all got along together, there would be a significant reduction in conflicts, and we would trust each other more. Food & energy would be more heavily under survivance, and thoughts & ideas would be around to everyone, causing science & technology quality to go up. I hoped this helped you understand more about South America.
