One liter of paint covers 100 square feet. How many gallons of paint does it take to cover a room whose walls have an area of 800 square meters? Round your answer to the nearest whole gallon.

It is not 32, 80, or 2 (those are other answers from other people)

Answer:

23 gallons

Explanation:

People got it wrong because they did 800/8= 8L

8L= 2 gal, wrong.

you need to cover 800 square METERS.

800 square meters = 8611.13 square feet.

8611.13/100= 86.1113L

86.1113L= 22.74819885 gal

round = 23 Gallons
