What is the percent of change from 92 to 108?

Round to the nearest percent.
I got -6.75 but I don't know which percent I round up.

well, the change from 92 to 108 is simply their difference, namely 108 - 92 = 16.

now, if we take 92 (the origin) to be the 100%, what's 16 off of it in percentage?

\begin{array}{ccll} amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 92 & 100\\ 16& x \end{array} \implies \cfrac{92}{16}~~=~~\cfrac{100}{x} \implies \cfrac{ 23 }{ 4 } ~~=~~ \cfrac{ 100 }{ x } \\\\\\ 23x=400\implies x=\cfrac{400}{23}\implies x=17(9)/(23)\implies x\approx 17
