For polar coordinate;

x =r cos theta

y = rsin theta

r = √x²+y²

r = √(2√3)²+(-2)²

r = √4(3) + 4

theta = arctan(y/x)

theta = arctan(-2/2√3)

theta = arctan(-1/√3)

theta = -30

theta = 180 - 30

theta = 150degrees

x = 4cos 150

y = 4sin150
